Gasoline Advertising Products warrants its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for period of one year from date of shipment and to conform to
specifications and quality as quoted. All individual components for products are guaranteed such as printing, powder coating, vinyl magnetic and workmanship.
Gasoline Advertising Products shall remedy any such failure in compliance with this warranty by making replacement of said defective parts or, at the seller’s option, making
repairs or adjustment to any defective parts providing:
1. The purchaser gives Gasoline Advertising Products prompt written notice of defect, including date of purchase;
2. The purchaser, at his/her expense, returns the defective part to Gasoline Advertising Products.
The extent of this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective parts. The purchaser shall bear the expense of installation and adjustment of replacement parts unless
otherwise agreed to in writing by Gasoline Advertising Products. Replacement of a part under warranty does not extend the warranty terms. Gasoline Advertising Products is
committed to the quality of products and consumer satisfaction; however this warranty shall not apply if failure of equipment, and/or scratches and damages on parts is caused
by abuse, improper maintenance or repairs, any modification, misapplication, and improper handling. Gasoline Advertising Products is not responsible for damages to our
products during the course of transit. All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Damage freight claim, must be filed with carrier & inform Gasoline
Advertising Products immediately for assistance with your claim. Gasoline Advertising Products shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature caused
by any defect in this unit. Total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the purchase price of the products furnished by Gasoline Advertising Products. Gasoline
Advertising Products shall not be liable for any summons issued by any government agency for posting or purchasing of incorrect products, not authorized by such agency.
Equipment parts or accessories not manufactured by Gasoline Advertising Products are subject strictly to the warranties, if any, of those respective manufactures. Such items as
Adhesive, Plexiglas, and Aluminum Channel are covered under this statement. This foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Warranty and Exchange/ Repairs:

When returning a warranty part to GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS, the part must be shipped to GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS prepaid in full via UPS or reputable
carrier with reference to GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS RMA number and proper paperwork.
