Minimum Order:

Minimum order of $25 required. $100.00 net annual purchases to maintain open account status, with approved credit rating.

Payment Method:

We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Visa, MasterCard or PayPal. Unless payment is made in advance, or open credit has been established, orders must be paid by credit card at time of shipment.

Customers with Open Credit:

Customers with federal ID numbers may complete a credit application applying for open credit subject to approval from corporate accounting. Open credit terms are 2%, 10 days
NET 30 days from date of invoice for those accounts with approved credit. Accounts will be considered past due when an invoice balance is open at least 31 days and will be
placed on credit hold at 60 days. No further purchases or shipments on account will be allowed until the account is current. (no exceptions)

Prices:

All prices are subject to change without notice due to unstable material cost. Prices stated do not include taxes, handling, or shipping charges that may apply. GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS will be pleased to submit quotations for signage
requirements, including contract purchases, warehousing, large quantity stock orders, or customer signage. After any artwork, samples, or other designs or specifications have
been approved by Purchaser, any changes will be at the Purchaser’s expense.>

Sales Tax:

All purchases are subject to state sales tax unless proof of exemption is presented at the time of purchase. If proof is presented, the sales tax number must appear on the
original receipt. No sales tax refunds will be issued to customers without a completed exemption form.

"Special" or "Non-Stock" Orders:

All specials or non-stock items may require a deposit of 50% or more before the item will be ordered.

Warranty and Exchange/ Repairs:

When returning a warranty part to GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS, the part must be shipped to GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS prepaid in full via UPS or reputable
carrier with reference to GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS RMA number and proper paperwork.

Refunds:

Return items purchased by check may not be refunded for at least 14 days from original receipt all owing the original check to clear the bank. Return items purchased by credit
card will be issued to the original credit card presented at the time purchase according to return policy. Returned items purchased on account will be credited to customer
account. If there is an outstanding credit, the customer will need to contact corporate accounting for refund.

Shipping:

Purchaser is responsible for all shipping and handling costs unless otherwise stated. Standard shipping charges include shipping,
handling, residential charges and insured delivery. If no specific shipping instructions are given by Purchaser, GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS normally selects the carrier
it believes to have the best service and discounts to the Purchaser’s area. All in stock parts ship within 24 hours (1 business day). Any items not in stock will be placed on back
order and will ship upon receiving merchandise unless otherwise stated. To facilitate customers we can make direct shipments at no extra cost.

Freight:

All orders ship FOB Clifton, New Jersey. Purchaser must inspect shipment upon arrival. Lost or damaged merchandise is the
responsibility of the carrier (Yellow Transportation, FedEx or other). Any shortage or damage should be noted on the bill of lading.
DO NOT REFUSE THE DELIVERY, AS THIS MAY CAUSE UNNECESSARY DELIVERY AND STORAGE SURGES, AND MAY OTHERWISE AFFECT THE CLAIM. If the shipment is
returned to the seller without the Purchaser first contacting the carrier for inspection, NO CLAIM can be filed. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION
OF WARRANTIES OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY.

Returns:

Please contact customer service at 1-800-442-7744 for return authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS will pay freight
only for the returns defective or nonconforming goods, or goods shipped incorrectly by GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS. GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS will issue
(1) call tag consisting of (2) pickup attempts to retrieve damaged, defective or non-conforming goods, or goods shipped incorrectly by GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS.
If after (3) pickup attempts, the merchandise has not been available for return, the PURCHASER must return the merchandise at their own expense to receive any credit. A 20%
restocking fee, plus freight charges will apply to goods returned for any other reason. To obtain credit on authorized returns, make sure all items are packaged properly. All
items must be returned to GASOLINE ADVERTISING PRODUCTS in good condition within 60 days of their original delivery to Purchaser. No credit shall be given on any
merchandise after 60 days of original delivery. CUSTOM MERCHANDISE IS NON-REFUNDABLE.

Product Warranty

Gasoline Advertising Products warrants its product to be free of defects in material and workmanship for period of one year from date of shipment and to conform to
specifications and quality as quoted. All individual components for products are guaranteed such as printing, powder coating, vinyl magnetic and workmanship.
Gasoline Advertising Products shall remedy any such failure in compliance with this warranty by making replacement of said defective parts or, at the seller’s option, making
repairs or adjustment to any defective parts providing:
1. The purchaser gives Gasoline Advertising Products prompt written notice of defect, including date of purchase;
2. The purchaser, at his/her expense, returns the defective part to Gasoline Advertising Products.
The extent of this warranty shall be limited to the replacement of defective parts. The purchaser shall bear the expense of installation and adjustment of replacement parts unless
otherwise agreed to in writing by Gasoline Advertising Products. Replacement of a part under warranty does not extend the warranty terms. Gasoline Advertising Products is
committed to the quality of products and consumer satisfaction; however this warranty shall not apply if failure of equipment, and/or scratches and damages on parts is caused
by abuse, improper maintenance or repairs, any modification, misapplication, and improper handling. Gasoline Advertising Products is not responsible for damages to our
products during the course of transit. All merchandise should be inspected immediately upon arrival. Damage freight claim, must be filed with carrier & inform Gasoline
Advertising Products immediately for assistance with your claim. Gasoline Advertising Products shall not be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature caused
by any defect in this unit. Total liability shall not, under any circumstances, exceed the purchase price of the products furnished by Gasoline Advertising Products. Gasoline
Advertising Products shall not be liable for any summons issued by any government agency for posting or purchasing of incorrect products, not authorized by such agency.
Equipment parts or accessories not manufactured by Gasoline Advertising Products are subject strictly to the warranties, if any, of those respective manufactures. Such items as
Adhesive, Plexiglas, and Aluminum Channel are covered under this statement. This foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of
merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
